Pine plays a reporter investigating the case. It's not as fanciful as it sounds; the story is based on Fauna Hodel's autobiography.

Directed by Steven Soderbergh from a script by Tarell Alvin McCraney (who wrote the play upon which the film Moonlight was based), this Netflix original film follows a sports agent (André Holland) and his NBA rookie client (Melvin Gregg) during a labor dispute that shuts down the league. Zazie Beetz, Zachary Quinto, Sonja Sohn, Bill Duke, and Kyle MacLachlan also star.

All 10 episodes stream today for this Lonely Island-produced comedy series set in middle school. The catch? Two of the 7th graders are played by fully grown adults (and the show's creators) Anna Konkle and Maya Erskine, who star as versions of their real selves in the year 2000. Daniel Radcliffe stars as a low-level employee/angel charged with handling all of humanity's prayers. The Lorne Michaels-produced series comes from Man Seeking Woman creator Simon Rich (which he adapts from his own book, What in God's Name), and it will feature Tituss Burgess, Margaret Cho, Tim Meadows, Chris Parnell, and Angela Kinsey as recurring guests. TBS considers it an anthology, so a hypothetical future season would feature a different cast.

The upcoming CBS All Access reboot of Twilight Zone isn't the only anthology series that the increasingly prolific Jordan Peele is working on. First up is this six-episode sci-fi comedy series (co-created by former Key and Peele writer Charlie Sanders) that tells different stories set in the future city of Weird. Each episode features a different cast—the roster includes Mark Hamill, Sara Gilbert, LeVar Burton, Michael Cera, Steven Yeun, Rosario Dawson, Ed O'Neill, Laverne Cox, Awkwafina, and Yvette Nicole Brown, among many others—and directors include Amy Heckerling and Adam Bernstein.

Alan Tudyk also stars as villain Eric Morden/Mr. Nobody, while former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton plays The Chief. It's yet another Greg Berlanti production, and it comes from Jeremy Carver (Frequency). New episodes stream weekly.

Joe: The Rise of Cobra) and is produced by Danny Strong (Empire), TV's latest legal procedural is set at a law firm that specializes in representing wrongfully convicted clients. Late addition Kelsey Grammer joins a cast that also features Rachelle Lefevre (Under the Dome), Vincent Kartheiser (Mad Men), Russell Hornsby (Grimm), Nikki M. James (BrainDead), Laurie Holden (The Americans), and Riley Smith (Frequency).

Araki directs all 10 episodes, which he co-wrote with Vogue sex columnist Karley Sciortino (Slutever). The series will debut at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

Former prosecutor Marcia Clark (yes, that one) teams with the duo of Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain (Dollhouse, Lie to Me) for a serialized legal drama that shares a few similarities with Clark's own life. Robin Tunney (The Mentalist) stars as a Los Angeles district attorney who loses a high-profile murder trial featuring a celebrity suspect (Lost's Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). (He's an actor, not a football player, in case you were wondering.) Devastated, she relocates to the Pacific Northwest for a quieter life out of the spotlight, only to be drawn back into the case eight years later when the celebrity is suspected of another killing. Merrin Dungey, Adam Rayner, and Breckin Meyer also star.

The CW's final newcomer of the 2018-19 season is the closest thing the network has to a new comedy (though it's not all that close). Produced by Ben Stiller's Red Hour, directed by Michael Showalter (The Big Sick, Search Party), and created by Corinne Kingsbury (Fam), the hourlong series centers on a hard-living but "irreverent" blind woman (Perry Mattfeld, Shameless) who thinks she stumbles across the scene of the murder of her drug-dealing friend. When the cops don't believe her story—the body is nowhere to be found when they arrive—she sets out to track down the man's killer herself with the help of her guide dog, Pretzel.

The streaming service borrows the narrator (David Attenborough), production company, and (presumably) Emmy aspirations behind the BBC's recent nature miniseries hits Planet Earth and Blue Planet for a similarly ambitious wildlife series filmed (in 4K video) across a wide range of habitats on all seven continents over a four-year period.

Seemingly a suitable companion for the network's many NCIS military crime procedurals (hence tonight's special premiere), The Code focuses on the Marines rather than the Navy—and the law side of the law-and-order equation. (Expect a lot of courtroom action.) Luke Mitchell and Dana Delany (replacing the original leads Dave Annable and Mira Sorvino, who departed after the pilot was shot) head the cast. The series comes from Craig Sweeny (who also created the TV version of Limitless) and Craig Turk (also a co-creator of F.B.I.). The series will move to Mondays at 9p beginning April 15.

Also starring are Ed Begley Jr. and Pam Grier. Bell also directs and co-created the series with New Girl's Liz Meriwether.

Set in Chicago, the drama looks at the aftermath of the killing of an innocent black doctor by a white cop from the varying perspectives of three different families connected to the case. ER's Noah Wyle leads the ensemble cast. CBS is rolling out the eight-episode series in two-hour blocks across four consecutive Sundays.

The adaptation comes from Brian Tanen (Devious Maids, Ugly Betty).
